Designed reporting systems and KPI dashboards for businesses, popularizing the "Goodbye Excel" movement and real-time data-driven management. Experience from both worlds — manufacturing and digital business — became the foundation of JustAutomate, where he designs AI-first transformations for B2B companies.
Paweł Krawczyk
COO LinkedInCo-founder of JustAutomate. Innovation leader with a PhD in physics, materials science and chemistry, bringing a deep understanding of nature's principles into the fourth industrial revolution. Cambridge-certified manager with over a decade of experience across three continents — from Europe through North America to Asia — leading multicultural teams of 40+ nationalities and managing multi-million CHF programs in CAPEX, OPEX, product development and R&D, including co-creating an industry-first product portfolio that scaled to $900M in annual revenue. At JustAutomate he architects AI-augmented operations for B2B companies, designing systems like BOND that connect CRM, ERP and spreadsheets into one intelligent layer so teams stop wasting hours searching for data and start making decisions in seconds.

Co-founder LinkedInCo-founder of JustAutomate, COO of JustIdea Agency and co-owner of Wear Inc. As COO of a digital agency, built operational structures for a 30+ specialist team serving Mid Market clients across 100+ projects. Managing operations at that scale showed him where companies lose time and money on repetitive processes. That experience became the foundation of JustAutomate, where he co-shapes company strategy and consults on operational growth.
Mateusz Haber
Co-founder LinkedInCo-founder of JustAutomate, CEO of JustIdea Agency and CEO of e-commerce brand Surf Inc. Specializes in building e-commerce systems combining technology, data, performance marketing, automation and AI. Since 2017 has co-built Surf Inc. from zero to 24M+ PLN in annual revenue and 75M PLN GMV. The experience of building that business became the foundation of JustAutomate.
Joanna Hoły
Automation Specialist LinkedInAutomation Specialist at JustAutomate. Graduated in Information Science and Electronic Information Processing, both at the Jagiellonian University. Combines years of experience as a web developer – and more recently as an AI specialist – with a parallel track as a trainer. That combination is why her AI workshops don't stop at what a tool does – they show clients how to actually fit it into the work they do every day.
Paweł Koszałka
Sales AI LinkedInSales AI at JustAutomate. Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing and B2B sales. In digital since 2021, first scaling e-commerce projects across multiple channels, then in content marketing, where as a Content Marketing Consultant he combined creativity with analytical thinking. In 2023 he brought his digital marketing knowledge together with a passion for sales and moved into new business at JustIdea Agency, where he handles communication with business clients, runs sales conversations, develops sales processes and account management (HubSpot, ActiveCollab). At JustAutomate he is the first point of contact for companies. He speaks the language of business and of digital alike, which lets him quickly translate clients' real operational problems into concrete JustAutomate solutions.
