JUSTAUTOMATE

JustAutomate - Meet the team

People who build
real automations

We came from business, not IT. We know what it means when a team loses half a day digging through spreadsheets. We build tools that fix that.

Our story

Process first.
Then tools.

JustAutomate was born out of frustration. We watched companies invest in expensive software that didn't solve anything, because the underlying processes were broken. The tools weren't the problem. The processes were.

We came together from JustIdea Agency, a digital agency with 10+ years of experience, and decided to build something focused entirely on one thing: making businesses operationally lean before deploying AI.

The result is JUSTPROCES: our four-step methodology (Workshop → Elimination → Optimization → Automation) that ensures every automation we build actually works in the real world.

The team

Who you'll work with

Six people. One goal: make your team get answers from data instead of wasting time searching for them.

How we work

What drives us

Four principles that shape every project we deliver.

Process before tools

We don't start with technology. We start by mapping how work actually flows, and cleaning it up before automating anything.

Measurable outcomes only

We calculate ROI before every implementation. No vague promises. Only specific numbers: hours saved, errors eliminated, response time cut.

Speed with quality

First working integration in 30 days. We ship fast, but we don't cut corners on reliability. Your team depends on these systems every single day.

Long-term partnership

We don't disappear after launch. We're here for scaling, for fixing what breaks, for expanding what works. We grow with you.
