AI Training for Business Teams

AI training for business teams means your people leave with skills they use the next day — not a certificate they frame. We run practical workshops on using AI tools for sales, marketing, operations and management with real use cases from your industry.

What We Do — AI TRAINING

Most "AI training" on the market is a two-hour slideshow about prompts, delivered by someone who has never sat inside a sales pipeline or a monthly close. Ours is the opposite: we sit down with your CRM export, your last board report or your actual campaign brief, and we build the workshop around that document — not around a generic ChatGPT demo. People leave able to reuse the exact prompt they wrote that morning, on Monday, without a cheat sheet.

We have run this format for over 50 B2B companies across Poland and DACH, in industries ranging from manufacturing and logistics to professional services and SaaS. The tools change — ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini depending on what your team already has licenses for — but the method stays the same: understand the business problem first, then teach the smallest set of skills that solves it, measured by a KPI you already track today.

Use Cases

The scenarios we build workshops around most often:

  • Sales team: qualifying leads before a call, drafting first-touch and follow-up emails in your voice, logging call notes straight into CRM fields
  • Marketing team: turning one long-form asset into a week of channel-specific posts, summarizing competitor pages, drafting ad variants for A/B testing
  • Operations: turning a messy process description into a documented SOP, generating weekly status reports from raw exports
  • Management: summarizing long meeting transcripts into decisions and owners, stress-testing a plan by asking AI to argue against it
  • Prompt engineering fundamentals — how to give context, constraints and examples so the output is usable on the first try, not the fifth

What Results to Expect

What participants consistently report after a session:

  • A working prompt or workflow they wrote themselves, tested on their own real task, before the end of hour one
  • Examples pulled from your industry and your document types, not stock marketing copy
  • At least one task that used to take an afternoon shortened to under 30 minutes, starting the same week
  • Enough confidence to try AI on a new task unprompted — the actual definition of "AI culture" we aim for
  • A direct line to us for questions in the weeks after the workshop, while the habit is still forming

Our Implementation Process — JUSTPROCES Methodology

Training follows the same disciplined four-phase structure we use for any automation engagement — because a workshop without follow-through is just entertainment:

Phase 0 — Discovery (1 week)

We interview a sample of your team, look at the tools and data they already touch daily, and identify which two or three tasks would save the most hours if handed to AI. Output: a session plan built on your real workflows, not a generic curriculum.

Phase 1 — Pilot (2 weeks)

We run the first workshop with a small group — often one department — using their live tasks as exercises. They tell us what stuck and what didn't before we scale the format to everyone else.

Phase 2 — Production

Full rollout across the remaining teams, with role-specific tracks for sales, marketing, operations and management, plus a shared prompt library your people keep after we leave.

Phase 3 — Scale

We extend the same approach to new departments, new tools or more advanced techniques — connecting AI directly to your systems — once the basics have become habit.

Why JustAutomate

We are a specialized B2B automation agency — not a generalist training company that happens to have added an "AI" slide deck. Everything we teach connects back to the automations and AI agents we actually build, so your team learns skills that compound with the systems we implement, not a one-off party trick. We have delivered this across companies from 10 to 500 employees, in sales, finance, operations and customer service.

  • 50+ automation and training projects delivered over 3 years
  • Average productivity gain documented within 90 days of a workshop
  • JUSTPROCES methodology — structured, low-risk and measurable, not a generic seminar
  • Trainers who also build: Make, n8n, Zapier, custom API and AI agent work informs every example we teach
  • Post-workshop support included, so questions in week three get answered, not ignored

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a training program take?

Most programs follow our 4-week JUSTPROCES structure: 1 week discovery to map your real tasks, 2 weeks running the pilot workshop with one team, 1 week rolling it out to everyone else. A single-department workshop can be delivered in as little as a day; a full company-wide rollout across multiple roles typically takes 4-6 weeks.

How do you measure the ROI of training?

Before the first session, we agree on 2-3 KPIs with a baseline — hours spent per week on a task, turnaround time, number of items processed. After 30 and 90 days we deliver a formal report comparing actual numbers to that baseline, the same way we do for any automation project.

Do we need our own IT team to run this?

No. We bring the tools, the licenses guidance and the workshop structure. Your team just needs to show up with real tasks and be willing to try them live. We document every prompt and exercise so people can keep using the material without us in the room.

What if the team forgets what they learned after a few weeks?

That's why we build a shared prompt library during the workshop instead of relying on a slide deck nobody reopens, and why post-workshop support is included — if someone gets stuck applying a skill in week three, they can still ask us directly.

Can the training be built around the tools we already use?

Yes. We tailor sessions to whatever your team already has — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, most ERPs — and to whichever AI assistant you're licensed for, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. If you haven't chosen a tool yet, we help you pick one during discovery.
